This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, no accounts, no embedded social widgets. The fonts are served from here. Nothing on this site records who you are.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every host, Cloudflare sees each request (your IP address, browser and the page asked for) to serve and protect the site, under its own privacy terms.
When you buy
When you open the cart page, the page asks our server for a checkout session from Polar, the seller of record named on the Terms page. That request passes Polar the device you chose and your IP address, which it uses to guess your country for the tax line. Polar's checkout then runs inside the page from its own domain and asks you for an email address, a country (an address in some places) and a payment method.
Polar processes your payment, keeps your order, sends the receipt and the key and holds your customer page, under its own privacy policy. Card details never reach us.
What we keep
After an order is paid, Polar notifies our server, which writes one line per order to a private log: the order ID, the product, the amounts and the currency, Polar's customer ID, the licence key's ID and a masked form of the key, and the time. No name, email address, postal address or full key is stored there. The log exists so a key can be found again, or re-issued, and so the record survives if the store ever moves. Ask at the address below and we delete your lines.
Email you send to the support address is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to look up the purchase it is about.
